    摘要:

    飞机消防应急救援动态机舱模拟训练系统可模拟飞机在滑跑、着陆和在空中遇不平稳气流等时颠簸振动情况。它可以用来对机组和相关人员进行情景模拟训练,提高事故的应急处理能力。论述了动态机舱液压执行系统设计原理,简述其工艺流程、控制要求。构建了以PLC为控制核心、基于以太网通信和组态技术的动态机舱监控系统的硬件结构,介绍了PLC程序和组态监控程序的设计方法。系统实现机舱运动的姿态和速度控制,具有连续、定时、间歇等多种控制方式,运行稳定、可靠,监控界面简洁直观,操作方便,已应用于相关的培训训练。

    Abstract:

    Dynamic cabin simulation training system for aircraft fire-fighting emergency rescue can simulate the aircraft’s bumpy situation when it is running, landing and flying in the air. It can be used to train the flight crew, thus can improve their handling ability when meeting emergency. The design principle of dynamic cabin hydraulic system was discussed, the process and control demands were presented too. The hardware network structure of dynamic cabin control system based on PLC and configuration technology was analyzed which core was PLC, and the designed methods for the control and monitor program were introduced in brief. The whole system has the functions of pose and speed control, it works stably and reliably, and the human-machine interface is concise, distinct and convenient. It was already used in the training course.
