基于组态王和PLC的空压站在线监控系统

    摘要:

    针对飞机研制企业的空压站内各设备独立运行、分散式人工操作及监控能力薄弱等问题,提出了基于组态王和PLC技术的空压站实时检测、诊断、报警和控制的方案。研究了以PC和PLC为核心的硬件整体结构,并完成基于组态王的集中监控和报警软件系统开发。该系统中PC与空气压缩机控制器之间采用Modbus协议通信, 数据传输速率为19.2 kB/s;PC与控制柜内PLC、冷却循环水PLC 之间采用MPI通信方式,数据传输速率为57.6 kB/s。将两种总线技术进行结合,使控制滞后和远程监控失效问题得到解决,提高了监控系统的稳定可靠性。

    Abstract:

    For independent operation of each device,distributed manual operation and monitoring capacity weakness and other issues in air station of aircraft development companies, air station real-time detection, diagnosis, alarm and control scheme was proposed based on configuration of network and PLC technology. The overall structure of the hardware which cores were PC and PLC was studied, and the centralized monitoring and alarm software system development was completed based on the configuration of network.The communication protocol between PC and the air compressor controller was MODBUS protocol,data transfer rate was 19.2 kB/s; the communication mode between PC and PLC in control cabinet,the cooling water circulation PLC was MPI,data transfer rate was 57.6 kB/s. The two bus technologies were combined, so control hysteresis and the failure of remote monitoring were resolved, the stability and reliability of the monitoring system were improved.
