提高冷轧带钢头尾段厚控精度的控制策略研究

    摘要:

    控制冷轧带钢头尾超差段长度是冷带生产中亟待解决的难题。冷轧带钢头、尾段轧制具有较大的参数摄动和外干扰等因素,很难建立其精确的数学模型,造成头、尾段厚度超差,成材率降低。提出一种基于模糊规则切换的控制方法,将模糊自适应控制和传统的PID控制方法相结合以提高带钢头、尾段的厚控精度。仿真和实验结果都表明该方法改善了带钢头、尾段的厚控精度,减少了头、尾厚度超差段长度,并避免了常规阈值切换造成的系统不稳定,提高了成材率。

    Abstract:

    The control in over tolerance length in strip head and tail segment in cold rolling is a difficult problem urgently needed to be solved in cold rolling strip production. The head and tail segment of cold rolling was of lager parameter perturbation and easily influenced by the external factors, and it was difficult to establish the precise mathematical model, which resulted in over tolerance thickness of head and tail segment, low rate of finished products. A control approach based on fuzzy rule switching was proposed, which combined the fuzzy adaptive and traditional PID control so as to improve the thickness gauge control accuracy of the head and tail segment. Simulation and experimental results show that the approach improves the thickness gauge control accuracy of the head and tail segment, decreases the over tolerance length and avoids the system instability caused by the routine threshold switching, and raises the rate of finished products.
