    摘要:

    立式二板挤压成形机在生产中同比耗能低,占地面积少,产品性能同比高,耗材少,能生产大型零件,但其主油缸因工作原理容易产生偏载现象。针对此问题,在油缸密封结构、尺寸等方面进行了改进设计,成功解决了偏载问题,大幅提高了油缸的耐用度,为以后二板机主油缸设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    Vertical two boards extrusion molding machine as compared with similar products, has some advantages as low consumption, small footprint, high product performance, low material consumption, and can produce large parts, and etc. Yet its main oil cylinder was often partially loaded because of its working principle. Aiming at this problem, the improved design of the structure, size of hydraulic cylinder seal was carried out, and the problem of the partial load was solved. The durability of oil cylinder is greatly improved, which also provide a reference for design of the main oil cylinder of the machine.
