Abstract:The electro-hydraulic digital valve controlling gear rack swing hydraulic cylinder was used to drive the lifting equipment used to complete the lead electrolysis anode scrap washing up and down movement. Lifting equipment electro-hydraulic digital speed control system was designed. The system mathematical model was established. The simulation analyses on the system stability, static and dynamic performances were done. It was shown the system was stable, but overshoot volume was bigger, and volatility was frequent. So it was required to correct. After the PID correction, stability is improved, overshoot volume is decreased, and oscillation frequency is reduced.So the corrected system can meet the design requirements.
