Aiming at the problem that fatigue damage of flexible gear in harmonic gear pump happen easily, through the analysis of fatigue strength of flexible gear and bending strength of tooth, the check formula of fatigue strength and the check formula of bending strength of tooth were deduced. It provides theoretical reference for design and development of the new type of gear pump.
