离散化切削对弧齿锥齿轮齿面质量影响的综述

    摘要:

    分析材料的去除原理,探讨离散化切削对齿面质量的影响。传统的加工工艺是铣削、刮削、研磨和磨齿,这些工艺的实质都是接触式的离散切削,而齿面质量的高低(主要是精度和粗糙度)取决于离散化切削程度:当离散程度越高,齿面上的刀痕轨迹分布越明显,齿面质量越低;当离散化切削程度接近连续化时,刀痕的致密度越高,齿面的质量越高。并简要介绍非接触式电化学光整加工和近净成形技术。最后根据以上工艺特点提出展望。

    Abstract:

    The material removal principle was analyzed.The effect of discrete cutting on the quality of the tooth surface was discussed. The traditional processing technologies included milling,scraping,grinding. The substance of these technologies was discrete cutting contact, and tooth surface quality (main accuracy and roughness) depended on the cutting degree of discretization: when the discrete degree was higher, the tool path distribution on the surface of the tooth was more obvious, the tooth surface quality was lower; when the degree of discretization approached to serialization, the density of the tool path was higher, the tooth surface quality was higher. Contactless electrochemical finishing machining and near net shape technique were introduced. Finally, according to the above process characteristics, prospect was presented.
