The development of TRIZ theory and its basic concepts were introduced. The degree of difficulty of various tools in the process of actual using was analyzed. A new way to easily use TRIZ was proposed for technical personnel of enterprises and new beginners. And a problem of the deputy dashboard car production was solved by applying this method.
