Abstract:Aiming at constant promoting performance demand for precision horizontal machining center, higher requirements on the rotary table drive accuracy, fast response characteristics and processing stability are put forward. Through the establishment of dynamic model of the precision rotary table, the system dynamic responses under the actions of torsional vibration, time-varying mesh stiffness and error excitation were calculated, and dynamic characteristics of the system were analyzed. Its transmission precision model was established, the system transmission precision under the effect of each error factor was calculated. The research shows that the vibration conditions of the transmission system under the condition of high speed input are good, and high dynamic response performance can be gotten. Its positioning accuracy and repeat precision can satisfy the design requirements, and the system can get good transmission accuracy.
