基于AMESim的液冷源系统设计与仿真

    摘要:

    液冷源是一种对电子设备进行冷却的装置,散热设计是液冷源系统设计的关键。根据某电子设备的散热需求,提出一种散热功率可调的小型液冷源系统,采用可变节流孔并联热源冷板的方法,实现了冷却流量调节。对系统各元件的热特性进行了分析,以AMESim为平台建立了各元件的仿真模块和液冷源系统的仿真模型,对不同工况下液冷源系统的工作特性进行了仿真计算,验证了设计的可行性。结果表明:设计的小型液冷源系统能够满足设计要求,采用AMESim平台可以较好地完成液冷源系统的设计和仿真。

    Abstract:

    Liquid cooling system is used to cool electronic equipment,and the thermal design is the key of liquid cooling system design.A small liquid cooling system which cooling power could be adjusted was designed to cool electronic equipment.Variable orifice and cold plate of heat producer were installed in parallel to adjust cooling flow.Thermal performances of liquid cooling system’s components were analyzed,and simulation models of the components and the liquid cooling system were built based on AMESim.The liquid cooling system was simulated under different work condition to verify feasibility of the design.It is shown that the designed small liquid cooling system can satisfy requirement,and AMESim is a convenience tool to design and simulate the liquid cooling system.
