The oil pressure control system of shifting clutch was chosen as the study object and an oil pressure control method based on HSV was proposed. According to the working principle of HSV, the oil pressure control system of shifting clutch in which HSV was taken as the hydraulic control valve was established and the working process of the system was analyzed. On this basis, the oil pressure control system models in which electromagnetic two-status-three-way HSV and two-status-two-way HSV was contained respectively were built based on AMESim. It is shown from the performance contrast results of the two oil pressure control systems that the system in which the two-status-three-way HSV is taken as the hydraulic control valve has better performance.
