    摘要:

    通过对闭式液压系统内部发热,系统油液吸热以及油液散热过程进行分析,绘制了热量传递示意图,并依据能量守恒、热力学原理,列出了闭式液压系统内油温的计算公式。提出了用泄漏量与冲洗量的总流量来计算补入系统凉油量的方法,并通过分析计算WC80Y连采设备搬运车闭式液压系统油液温度情况。结果表明:闭式系统内部油温与系统的总效率、系统补油冲洗能力、工作压力、散热器效率诸因素有关;通过实例验证了该方法的正确性,解决了其油温过高问题,对类似大型工程车辆行走闭式液压驱动系统的合理设计具有参考作用。

    Abstract:

    Through the analysis of the process that closed hydraulic system generating heat internally, and its oil absorbing and radiating heat, a schematic of the heat transfer was drawn, and the intern oil temperature calculation formula of closed hydraulic system was listed based on the theories of conservation of energy and thermodynamics. A method was proposed that used the summation of leakage flow and flushing flow to calculate the total amount of cool oil supplemented into the system, and the condition of oil temperature in closed hydraulic system of WC80Y continuous mining truck was calculated through analysis. The results show that the oil temperature of the inside closed hydraulic system has a relation with system’s overall efficiency, system oil charging and flushing capabilities, work pressure and radiator efficiency, and other various factors. The validity of this method is verified through examples, and the overheat problem of its oil is solved, which has a reference effect on the design of closed hydraulic drive system for similar large scale walking construction vehicles.
