划痕对5A06薄板拉伸性能的影响

    摘要:

    通过在5A06铝合金薄板表面预制不同特性划痕,研究了划痕的长度、深度、分布方向和形状对材料力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着划痕深度和长度的增加,抗拉强度和延伸率均下降;与拉伸方向垂直的划痕对试样抗拉强度和延伸率的影响最大;V形划痕的影响较U形划痕大;划痕长度较小时试样的强度和延伸率的降低较快。划痕特征对试样的屈服强度的影响较小。

    Abstract:

    The impact of scratches on the mechanical properties of material of 5A06 Al alloy sheet was investigated. Through prefabricated different characteristics of scratches on 5A06 Al sheets, a systematic study about the length,depth,distribution direction and shape of the scratches was made. The experimental results show that the tensile strength and elongation rate are all decreased as the scratch depth and length is increasing. The impact is at maximum on the tensile strength and elongation rate of a specimen with scratches having vertical elongation. V-shaped scratches have a greater impact than that of U-shaped scratches. When the scratch length is shorter, the strength and elongation of specimen are decreased faster. The characteristics of scratches have little impact on the yield strength of specimen.
