比例电磁阀流量滞环建模方法探究

    摘要:

    针对工业上广泛使用的比例电磁阀所存在的滞环曲线等问题造成的系统稳定性和控制品质的不利影响进行了研究,采用机制建模、基于PSO算法曲线参数辨识的建模以及基于神经网络的曲线拟合3种方法进行滞环曲线建模,并利用Matlab软件得到3种建模结果,对3种建模方法得到的建模结果与实测数据进行分析比较。结果表明:采用PSO曲线参数辨识方法最能表示实际滞环曲线,且该建模方法简单实用;该模型可用于对比例电磁阀的前馈控制, 以达到减小或消除比例电磁阀流量滞环的目的。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the proportional solenoid valves widely used in industry, the system stability and control quality of the negative impact, which caused by hysteresis curve that existed in the valves, were studied. By using of mechanism modeling, curve parameter identification based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm modeling and neural network curve fitting of three methods, modeling was done for hysteresis curve, and three modeling results were gotten by using Matlab software. The modeling results obtained by the three methods were analyzed and compared with the practical measured data. The results show that to determine curve parameter identification based on PSO algorithm modeling do best to represent the actual hysteresis curve. This method is simple and practical. The model can be used for the feed forward control of the proportional solenoid valve, for the purpose of decrease or eliminate flow hysteresis of the valve.
