车载钻机CAN总线通信系统的研究

    摘要:

    为了实现车载钻机通信系统中各节点数据准确可靠地通信,对车载钻机CAN总线通信系统进行了研究。对通信系统的硬件结构进行了设计,并组建了CAN网络,各网络分别采用CANopen协议、SAE J1939协议和CAN20B协议;对所采用的各种CAN协议与软件进行了设计;对基于CAN20B和J1939协议发送的报文信息结果进行了分析,表明发送或接收的报文信息都是正确的。实际工程应用结果表明,该通信系统实现了各CAN接口间数据的可靠传输,对车载钻机具有积极的应用意义。

    Abstract:

    The CAN bus communication system of vehicle-mounted rig was studied in order to implement data transmission reliably between all nodes in the communication system of the vehicle-mounted dig. The hardware structure of the communication system was designed, and CAN network was built with CANopen protocol, SAE J1939 and CAN2.0B protocol applied in each network respectively. All CAN protocols that used and software were designed in detail. It was known that the CAN messages sent and received were correct by analyzing the result of information of CAN messages based on CAN2.0B and J1939 protocols. The application results of the actual engineering show the reliability of data transmission between each CAN interface and the application of active significance for vehicle-mounted drill rig.
