往复式单线切割机的张力波动研究

    摘要:

    针对往复式单线切割机在工作中的张力波动问题,提出并分析了主动轮转动加速度对张力波动的影响。建立走丝系统运动的数学模型,揭示了主动轮线加速度与张力的关系。建立Matlab/Simulink的动态仿真模型,仿真了在3种不同的换向方法的作用下张力的波动情况,仿真结果表明张紧力的波动与主动轮线加速度有直接关系。对比3种仿真结果可知,双余弦单波换向法的张力波动最小。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of tension fluctuation of reciprocating mono-wire saw in running, the influence of leading wire spool's rotational acceleration on wire tension was proposed and analyzed. The mathematical model of wire winding system was built, and the relationship between spool's rotational acceleration and tension fluctuation were revealed. A dynamic simulation model was built with the Matlab/Simulink, and three kinds of reversing method were used to explore the tension fluctuation through simulation. The simulation results show that the influence rule of tension fluctuation and spool's rotational acceleration is direct. The double cosine half-wave reversing method has the minimum tension fluctuation by compared with three kinds of simulation results.
