    摘要:

    连续管滚筒用于缠绕一根几百米至几千米的金属钢管,与普通主动调速、主动控制方向的液压绞车相比,滚筒为被动控制,需要跟随连续管的牵引速度同步运动,而且连续管刚性较大、管径和钢级分类较多,滚筒需要适应多种规格连续管的整齐缠绕,不产生松弛乱卷。目前的滚筒控制方案采用液压绞车的控制模式,不能很好地满足滚筒的控制要求。为了进一步提高滚筒的控制性能,针对原有系统的不足进行改进,开发一种带负载反馈功能的闭式液路系统,实现了滚筒与注入头的完全协同控制。该闭式反馈控制液路系统操作简单、效率高、发热少,可有效防止误操作,安全可靠,很好地满足了不同规格连续管的缠绕和随动控制要求。

    Abstract:

    The coiled tubing reel is used to wind a steel pipe which is a few hundred to several thousands meters long. As compared with ordinary hydraulic winch based on active control speed and direction, the reel is passively control, and is required to move synchronously following the coiled tubing. Moreover because of coiled tubing's high rigidity, multiple pipe diameter and steel grade, reel needs to adapt to many different pipes winding orderly without loosening roll. At present, the control mode of ordinary hydraulic winch was used for reel's control, and the control requirements of reel could not be met very well. In order to further improve the reel's control performance, a closed hydraulic system with load feedback function was developed to realize the reel and the injector completely coordinated control by aimed at the original system's deficiency. The closed feedback control hydraulic system has the advantages of simple operation, high efficiency and less heat, which can effectively prevent the operation mistake, is safe and reliable, and can well meet the different coiled tubing's winding and following control requirements. 
