The hydraulic control system of a new type of large vertical honing machine was designed. It could be used to complete the closedloop control of honing head linear velocity and oilstone impaction force. The hydraulic control schematic diagram and cooling system schematic diagram of the device were provided. The cylinder motion control principle, control method and the design of the diesel cooling system were introduced emphatically.
