    摘要:

    针对常规水表误差检测效率低、人为因素影响大等缺点, 将传感器、ZigBee无线通信技术与上位机相结合, 研制了无线水表检测系统。该系统以激光传感器为信号采集装置,CC2530射频单片机为数据处理及传输平台,应用VC++编写了上位机控制软件, 实现了对水表的误差检测。实验结果表明:该无线化的水表误差检测系统能够实现对水表误差的检测,并克服了常规检测的缺点,还具有系统结构简单、布线灵活、测量精度高等特点。

    Abstract:

    Conventional watermeter detection has many drawbacks such as low efficiency, low reliability and so on. To counter these drawbacks, a wireless watermeter errordetecting system was proposed, in which sensors, ZigBee wireless communication technology and upper computer were integrated. Laser sensor was taken as a signal pickup device, CC2530 RF MCU was taken as data processing and transmission platform in the system, and the control software of the upper computer was written with VC++60.To test the effectiveness of the system, experiments were carried out. The results show that the system not only overcomes the shortcomings of conventional detection methods, but also has advantages of simple system organization, easy laywires, high measurement accuracy etc.
