超重力场条件下静压轴承油膜承载性能研究

    摘要:

    结合某超重力场下应用液压缸的运动要求,为实现液压缸的高频激振,设计了一种四油腔对称等面积径向静压轴承,阐述了静压轴承的工作原理,计算了静压轴承中油膜的承载能力,并通过拟合获得了油膜的材料参数,仿真分析了油膜的应力应变。结果表明:采用静压支承可以满足液压缸的运动和承载要求,为超重力场下液压缸支承结构的设计提供了一种方法。

    Abstract:

    With the movement requirements of hydraulic cylinder under super gravity field, and to realize high frequency vibration of hydraulic cylinder, one radial hydrostatic bearing with four symmetry and equal area oil chambers was designed. The working principle of the hydrostatic bearing was introduced. The carrying capacity of the oil film was calculated. The material parameters of the oil film were obtained by fitting. The stress and strain of the oil film were analyzed. The results show that using hydrostatic bearing can meet the movement and load requirements of hydraulic cylinder. It provides a method for the design of bearing structure of hydraulic cylinder under super gravity field. 
