With forging machine tool industry structure adjustment and technology upgrading, a new cam controller was developed which had the functions of dynamic monitoring, cam limited position and safety control. Its design scheme, implementation method and applications were described. Through verification, the technical parameters of the products have been reached to the leading level of the market, it has potential prospect.
