    摘要:

    针对车辆、工程机械领域应用广泛的高速开关阀,分析了常闭型二位二通高速开关阀的结构及工作原理,设计了高速开关阀流量特性实验台,并进行其静态特性试验。试验结果表明:控制高速开关阀通断的脉宽调制信号频率对开关阀的流量影响不大,尤其在占空比为20%~80%时,几乎没有影响;对流量随占空比变化曲线的线性度影响较大,频率越大,线性度越高;相同占空比下,高速开关阀流量随阀口压力的增大而增加;反向得出了该试验用高速开关阀的等效流通面积。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the highspeed switch valve widely used in the fields of vehicle and mechanical engineering, the structure and operational principle of closing normally twoway highspeed onoff valve were analyzed. The test bay flow characteristics of highspeed switch valve was designed and the test was carried out. Experimental results show that the frequency of pulse width modulation signal which controls highspeed switch valve has little effect on the size of the valve flow, especially when the duty ratio is 20% ~80%. The frequency has great effect on the valve flow with the curve of changing duty ratio,and that is the greater the frequency, the higher the linearity of the curve. The flow rate is being increased gradually with the increasing of pressure at the same duty ratio. Moreover the equivalent flow area is obtained by experiment data. 
