新型轴流导叶式气液旋流器流场数值模拟

    摘要:

    针对某新型轴流导叶式气液旋流器,利用CFD软件进行了真实工况下的流场数值模拟。采用分区段的混合网格提高了网格质量,湍流模拟采用了精度较高的RSM模型。通过模拟得到了旋流器内部流场的速度及压强变化规律,结果表明:该旋流器流场与传统旋流器有较大区别,流场对称性很好,且直筒部分流场只存在下降外旋流,而无上升内旋流;切向速度与轴向速度分布规律相似,径向速度由于直筒结构保持较小水平;压降主要表现为动压损失,且导叶处压降损失最大。

    Abstract:

    A numerical simulation of the flow filed of axialflow vaneguided cyclone for gasliquid separation was carried out using CFD software. Hybrid grid on split volumes was used to improve the quality of the grid and the turbulence simulation was based on RSM model. The results include velocity and pressure field of the cyclone, and show that they are different from the traditional cyclone’〖KG-*2〗s. The flow field is of good symmetrical, and there exists only downward external vortex and no upward inner vortex in the straight part. The tangential velocity and axial velocity distribution is the same but radial velocity is very small. The pressure drop is mainly caused by dynamic pressure loss, and the biggest loss is located in the flow around the vanes.
