    摘要:

    材料试验机电液数字伺服同步举升系统由单出杆液压缸、2D数字伺服阀、位移传感器及数字控制器等组成,数字控制器不仅实现2D数字伺服阀的实时控制,同时也接收位移传感器反馈信号,实现阀控缸的电液数字伺服控制。建立2D阀控单出杆缸系统的数学模型,对2D阀控单出杆缸的稳定性分析和响应特性进行仿真分析。设计并制作了一体化2D数字阀和单出杆缸位置闭环控制控制器,实现了电液数字伺服控制及双缸同步控制。实验结果表明,由于反馈信号的接口电路采用了标准化设计,因此该控制器可以适用于其他物理量控制,如压力控制等。

    Abstract:

    Electrohydraulic digital servo synchronous lifting system of material testing machine is composed of single rod hydraulic cylinder, 2D digital servo valve, displacement transducer and digital controller. Realtime control of 2D digital servo valve was not only realized by digital controller, but also received feedback signal of displacement transducer. Cylinder control was realized by using servo valve. The mathematical model of single rod hydraulic cylinder controlled by 2D valve was established firstly, and then its stability analysis and response characteristic were simulated. In order to realize electrohydraulic digital servo control and synchronous control of double cylinder, the integrated controller of 2D digital valve and closed loop control of single rod hydraulic cylinder displacement was designed and manufactured. The experimental results show that the controller is also suitable for pressure control and other physical quantities control for the standard design of interface circuit with feedback signals.
