Abstract:Electrohydraulic digital servo synchronous lifting system of material testing machine is composed of single rod hydraulic cylinder, 2D digital servo valve, displacement transducer and digital controller. Realtime control of 2D digital servo valve was not only realized by digital controller, but also received feedback signal of displacement transducer. Cylinder control was realized by using servo valve. The mathematical model of single rod hydraulic cylinder controlled by 2D valve was established firstly, and then its stability analysis and response characteristic were simulated. In order to realize electrohydraulic digital servo control and synchronous control of double cylinder, the integrated controller of 2D digital valve and closed loop control of single rod hydraulic cylinder displacement was designed and manufactured. The experimental results show that the controller is also suitable for pressure control and other physical quantities control for the standard design of interface circuit with feedback signals.
