多采样点下圆度误差最小区域评价方法研究

    摘要:

    针对圆度误差测量时某些采样点密集的情况,提出一种新的圆度误差最小区域评价方法,详细阐述了该方法的设计要点及实现步骤并给出了计算机程序流程图。该算法主要包括以下两部分:先以最小二乘圆心为初值,采用“九点法”逐次移心逼近最小区域圆心;再设定阈值,在各峰值点群中找到满足交叉准则的四点,最终获得最小区域法的圆度误差值。大量仿真表明该算法可以在短时间内根据上千个采样点信息准确算得最小区域圆度误差值。将该算法应用于CCD图像测量系统,亦可稳定、高效地得到测量结果,进一步证明了该算法的实用性。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at roundness error evaluation with dense numerous sampling points, a new algorithm of roundness error evaluation based on Minimum Zone Circle (MZC) was presented. Two design key points and implementation steps of the algorithm were described in detail, and the computer program flow chart was given. This proposed algorithm mainly included the following two parts: with the centre of least square circle as original centre, a ninepoint method was firstly used to move the original centre toward the centre of minimum zone circle successively. Then threshold values were set, in the several peakpoint groups, the 4 points satisfying crossover principle were found, the roundness error based on MZC was acquired finally. Simulations in a great deal demonstrated that within a short time this algorithm calculated the accurate MZC roundness error based on thousands of sampling points. This algorithm can be used in CCD image measuring system, again revealed the roundness error can be evaluated efficiently and steadily, which further proved its practicability.
