基于光固化快速成型的精密铸造工艺分析

    摘要:

    传统精密铸造生产工艺存在诸多问题,采用快速成型加精密铸造能有效解决部分问题并提升铸造技术。利用光固化快速成型制造出高精度模样,可以代替熔模铸造中的蜡模。在模样上涂挂耐火型壳,高温焙烧使树脂模样燃烧去除,最后造型浇注,可以实现缩短生产周期和降低成本的目的。以涡轮叶片为例,将快速成型与精密铸造相结合,形成快速精密铸造加工工艺:采用SPS600快速成型机制造出涡轮叶片的树脂模样;依靠模样形成耐火型壳中型腔的模型;最后采用熔模铸造法浇注出金属型叶片。

    Abstract:

    The combination of rapid prototyping and precision casting can solve some problems and improve the foundry technology that traditional precision casting process is faced with. Fabrication of high precision model by stereo lithography apparatus rapid prototyping can replace wax model. The model surface is covered with refractory shell and it was dried at high temperature to eliminate the resin model, then alloy is casted into shell. Thus the production cycle can be shortened and the cost can be reduced. Selecting a turbine blade as research object, rapid prototyping was combined with precision casting to generate a rapid precision casting process. A resin model manufactured by SPS600 rapid prototyping machine was coated with refractory material and a die cavity was formed. Finally, a metallic turbine blade was finished by precision casting.
