A high-performance signal acquisition and analysis system, based on MP424 acquisition card system, was introduced. The PC, MP424 acquisition card were put as the main hardware part of the system, and LabVIEW as the software developing platform. The design scheme of the system was presented, and emphasized on the signal acquisition and development process of analysis system software, which was verified of the system in detail by an example. The results show that the system running performance is stable, and it is a high performance signal acquisition and analysis system, with the characteristics of high speed, high precision, double channel acquirements and real-time analysis.
