For the flaws of conventional turning processing aiming at arc turn key, a special fixture was designed, to solve the problems including low production efficiency, the workpiece dimensional accuracy, arc surface seismic lines, and the parallel problem between the circular arc chord plane and plane. The fixture structure, characteristics and use methods were illustrated.
