电液比例阀的结构原理与研究现状

    摘要:

    电液比例阀是一种比例电磁铁根据输入信号产生相应动作,使阀芯产生位移,节流阀口发生改变并以此完成对液压系统的压力、流量与输入电流成比例关系进行控制的元件,由于其集电子控制的灵活性与液压控制响应快、出力大及结构紧凑等优点于一身,已成为液压元件的重要的组成部分,有着广泛的工程应用领域。对电液比例阀的起源、发展、结构、工作原理及性能特点进行了系统的分析,并对几种典型的新原理结构的电液比例阀进行了评述,最后对电液比例阀应用与发展进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    Electro-hydraulic proportional valves are one kind of hydraulic control components, among which the pressure, flow rate and input current are realized in proportion in the hydraulic system, through the solenoids of valves manipulated in correspondence according to input signals, then causing displacement of the cores of valves and varying of the throttling orifice. These components have become important hydraulic composing parts, and have wide applications in the fields of engineering, taking the advantages of the large output force, fast response and compact design, and agility of their electronics control. The origin, development, structure and working principles, as well as the characteristics of performance of several new typical electro hydraulic proportional valves were discussed and analyzed. Finally the development and applications of the valves were previewed.
