    摘要:

    通过对摩托车盘式制动器的机械部分及工作原理进行分析研究,设计了一套基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的摩托车制动器检测系统。介绍了该系统的工作原理及测试过程,并对系统的硬件和软件设计进行了阐述。同时对样件进行了测试,结果表明:该测试系统结果精确,效率很高,完全满足厂商对于摩托车制动器的测试要求,实现了对摩托车制动器合格性的自动化检测。

    Abstract:

    By analysis and research on working principle of mechanical parts and motorcycle disc brake, a test bench system based on programmable logic controller (PLC) for motorcycle brake was designed. The working principle and testing process of the system were described, and the hardware and software design of the system were elaborated. At the same time, sample parts were tested. The results show that the test system is accurate and highly efficient, which fully meets the test requirements for motorcycle brake manufacturers and achieves a qualification for motorcycle brake automated testing.
