Aiming at the puzzle of hidden trouble in production safety resulted in emergency information process lag, the paper explored a sort of integrated system in heterogeneous emergency information with uncertainty. Based on the thought of expressing XML document being as an tree composed by data object, in which, it made each element type correspond to an object in object pattern, namely there was mapping among patterns. Based on the exchange model of heterogeneous database, and by means of the mapping of model drive, it realized the exchange and integration of data using concrete model. In the paper, it took the emergency information processing of a certain enterprise as an example, and the application effect demonstrated that the processing speed of emergency event improved over five to ten times. The experiment results show that the system can conveniently realize the information integration of heterogeneous data.
