Abstract:Multi-axis turning vehicle steering mechanism is the core component of the vehicle to achieve steering function. Under work requirements of a mine car steering mechanism, a simulation model of steering mechanism of multi-axis turning vehicle was designed and built. The steering mechanism was optimized, at the same time the hydraulic system modeling was done. Simulation and analysis of the characteristics of the hydraulic system were done by analyzing software. Through experiment testing, it proves that the response characteristics of designed steering linkage and hydraulic system are coincided with simulation results, which achieved the desired effect.
