    摘要:

    基于多目标驱动优化理论,解决某型号数控磨床床身筋板厚度的最优取值问题。通过使用Pro/E三维软件建立该磨床床身三维模型,并结合ANSYS Workbench软件多目标驱动优化程序对筋板厚度进行自动优化设计。在设计中,综合考虑了床身的质量、等效应力以及一阶共振频率,将以上因素作为设计优化筋板厚度的重要参照。通过 ANSYS Workbench软件自动优化,得到了满足设计要求下的最优筋板厚度。该方法提高了设计效率,降低了设计成本。

    Abstract:

    Based on multi-objective driven optimization theory, the stiffened plate thickness optimal value of a type of CNC grinder bed was solved. Through the using of three dimensional (3-D) software of Pro/E, the grinder bed of 3D model was established, and combined with the multi-objective driver optimization program of ANSYS Workbench software to design the steel plate thickness automatically. In the design, considering comprehensively the mass of the grinder bed, equivalent stress and the first order resonance frequency, the above factors were treated as an important reference to design optimal steel plate thickness. Through ANSYS Workbench software automatically optimizing, thickness of steel meeting the requirements of design was obtained. The method improves the design efficiency and reduces the design cost.
