高速铣削P20模具钢铣削力建模及试验研究

    摘要:

    采用响应曲面试验法对P20模具钢进行高速铣削试验,建立了铣削力与铣削速度、每齿进给量、轴向切深和径向切深之间的预测模型并进行了显著性的检测,且对比预测结果与实测数据,验证了该模型的准确性。通过对响应曲面及其等高线图的分析,得出铣削用量对铣削力的影响规律。

    Abstract:

    By using the response surface methodology, high-speed milling expeeiments of P20 mold steel were performed. The forecasting model on relationship between the milling force and cutting parameters of milling speed, feed amount of each tooth, cutting depths in radial and axial directions was established, and the significance of the model was tested. Moreover by comparing the predicted results of the model with the measured dates, the accuracy of the model was verified. The influence law of the milling parameters to the milling force is obtained by analyzing the response surface and its contour lines. 
