    摘要:

    为了解决液压挖掘机发动机和液压系统之间功率匹配效率差,从而造成能源浪费的问题,设计了一种液压挖掘机功率匹配控制系统。控制系统集成了发动机转速控制、分工况控制、转速感应功率控制和自动怠速控制等技术,具有实用性强、系统节能性好、控制功能模块化设计、系统维护方便等特点。经过实际装车检验证明:挖掘机空载时,发动机转速控制精度高,最大误差为17 r/min;自动怠速模式中,发动机在高转速和低转速之间切换时响应速度快,调节时间大约为25 s;当挖掘机作业时,液压泵输入功率与发动机输出功率实时匹配,保证发动机转速稳定运行,转速最大掉速值在200 r/min以内,平均燃油消耗降低了56%以上。

    Abstract:

    The power matching between engine and hydraulic system is inefficient,causing huge waste of energy. In order to solve the question,a kind of power matching control system of hydraulic excavator was designed. In the system, the technologies of engine speed control,working condition control, speed sensor power control, auto idle control were integrated. The characteristics of the system are various, including practicability,energy saving,blocking design,convenient maintenance and so on. It is proved that the precision of speed is high and the biggest speed error is 17 r/min when the excavator has empty load. In the auto idle mode, the response speed switching between high speed and lower speed is quick and the longest adjusting time is about 25 s. The input power of hydraulic pump is matched the output power of engine,the engine speed is steady and the biggest value of fall velocity is within 200 〖JP〗r/min, the average waste of energy is reduced by 56% at least when the excavator is working.
