Energy saving in WISCO is of great importance to improve economic benefits. Before 2011, oil consumption of hydraulic and lubrication system in 1st branch factory of WISCO hot rolling plant is great and the cost is high. To solve this problem, we set up HFI management platform and deal with oil consumption through various measures, and have achieved good results. This paper takes 2011-2012 for example to introduce reducing oil consumption of hydraulic and lubrication system, the practice showed that the HFI makes remarkable achievements and reduce the cost of 5.86 million.
