    摘要:

    为减小回转类非圆廓形零件的廓形误差,提高零件的加工精度,研究了磨削力和曲率半径的变化规律。根据回转类非圆零件的廓形特点、参与磨削的动态弧长及单颗磨粒的动力学模型,建立了该类零件磨削加工过程中磨削力的力学模型,并通过凸轮例证进行了计算分析。结果表明:不考虑磨削过程中其他因素的变化,非圆零件磨削力随着非圆零件曲率半径的增大而增大。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the error of the workpiece outline and improve the machining accuracy, the relationship between curvatureradius and grinding force was researched. Based on the outline feature of these parts, the dynamic arc length and the dynamics model of single particle,the grinding force model of noncircular parts was constructed. As an example, the cam grinding force model was calculated and analyzed. The result shows that the noncircular parts grinding force increases with increasing the radius of curvature if other factors in the grinding process is not cosidered.
