    通过分析基于PC的传统开放式数控系统的缺陷,提出一种基于高实时性、多任务的嵌入式操作系统WinCE7和CORTEXA8微处理器的数控转塔冲床数控系统,WinCE7操作系统是一个紧凑高效的模块化操作系统,配合CORTEXA8微处理器能满足数控转塔冲床对实时控制的要求。分析了计算机与数控机床之间通信方式的发展趋势和对机床加工高效化、自动化的影响,提出基于WiFi的数控转塔冲床无线通信解决方案。实验结果表明:WiFi模块工作正常,能实现上位机与嵌入式控制器之间的数据收发,降低了成本,提高了效率。

    Abstract:

    Through analyzing defects of the traditional open CNC system based on PC,a CNC turret punch press CNC system was proposed based on realtime and multitask embedded operating system WinCE7 and CORTEXA8 microprocessor. WinCE7 operating system, a compact and efficient modular operating system, and CORTEXA8 microprocessor can meet the requirements of realtime control of CNC turret punch press. The development trend of communication mode between computer and NC machine tools and the influence on the efficient automation of machine tools were analyzed. The wireless communication solution of CNC turret punch press was proposed based on the WiFi. The experimental results show that: WiFi module is working correctly, data transceiver between the host computer and the embedded controller can be realized, cost is reduced and efficiency is improved.
