    摘要:

    全自动收花机是针对家庭作坊用户市场专门设计的新型电脑横机机型。该机编织原理与手摇横机类似,但可实现全自动编织,减少人工成本。因而,它是一个机电一体化的创新产品,涉及到机械设计、计算机技术、电子驱动、自动控制、针织工艺等诸多领域。以嵌入式全自动收花机控制系统为主要研究内容,研究其基本的编织工艺及其机床主要功能部件。在此基础上,提出一种采用嵌入式技术和数字控制的多CPU协同工作的控制系统,详细描述其系统架构、硬件设计和软件功能的实现方法。实际使用表明:该控制系统设计合理、可靠、稳定,具有较强的市场竞争力。

    Abstract:

    Automatic knitting machine, a new computerized knitting machine, is designed for family workshops. Knitting principle of the machine is similar to hand knitting machine, but it can achieve automatic weaving, so labor cost is reduced. Thus, it is an innovative product of mechanical and electrical integration, related to mechanical design, computer technology, electronic drives, automatic control, knitting crafts, and many other fields. The control system of the automatic knitting machine was studied. On one hand, the basic knitting process and its main features were introduced. On other hand, a digital control system based on embedded technology and collaborative work of multiCPU was presented. Its system architecture, hardware design and software features implementation were described. It is shown that the designed control system is reasonable, reliable and stable, with strong market competitiveness in actual use.
