    摘要:

    针对齿轮传动系统因含有轴承结合部与齿轮啮合结合部而难以精确建立动力学模型的问题,提出了这两个结合部在直齿轮传动系统整体建模时的简化建模方法。根据提出的结合部建模方法以及实体建模的有限元法,对一个特定的齿轮 箱建立了完整的动力学模型;通过参数识别和理论计算,分别求解得两结合部的刚度和阻尼系数,并利用有限元法求解得到齿轮箱的各阶模态;对齿轮箱进行模态试验与分析,得到其试验模态,并与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:理论模型计算的固有频率误差最大只有6%,振型也较好地吻合,说明了该方法的齿轮传动系统动力学模型的正确性。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of very hard to build a precise dynamic model since there are many joints of bearings and gear mesh in gear transmission system, the simplification method for each joint of bearing joint and gear mesh joint of the system in overall modeling was proposed.Based on the simplification method and entity modeling by finite element method (FEM),an integrated dynamic model of the gearbox designed was built.Through the parameter identification and theoretic analysis,the stiffness and damping parameters of the two joints were calculated respectively,and the FEM was conducted to solve each stage of modal of the gearbox. The test modal was obtained by carrying out modal test and analysis to the gearbox, and was compared with test results. The results show that as the natural frequency error between the theoretical model calculation and experimental results is only 6%,and the modal shapes are agreed quite well, which shows the validity of the dynamic model of gear transmission system by this method.
