A brief introduction was given to working principle of the angle change test bench and work environment. The hydraulic power system was designed based on the test bench. The simulation and analysis of the hydraulic system were carried out which based on the AMESim simulation platform, and the influence of different factors changes on the hydraulic system were studied and analyzed. The conclusions are obtained that by using the control valve for speed adjustment, setting throttle valve for back hydraulic circuit and under the conditions of having the system oil pressure maintained at about 16 MPa, the system is most stable. The actual system provides a theoretical basis for the production.
