    摘要:

    为了更及时、准确地对运行中的液压泵进行实时监测及故障诊断,提出构建一个嵌入式故障诊断车载终端。该终端以S3C6410嵌入式处理器为核心硬件平台,基于BP神经网络构成故障诊断系统,实现了对液压泵的运行状况进行实时监控、实时故障预警及故障诊断的功能。并且经过实验证明:可通过3G网络更新BP诊断网络的各参数值,不断提高系统的故障诊断能力。

    Abstract:

    To monitor the realtime hydraulic pump run status more timely and accurately and to make fault diagnosis, a pump fault diagnosis vehicle terminal was built. In this terminal, an embedded processor S3C6410 was taken as the core hardware platform. The fault diagnosis system was constructed based on BP neural network with embedded Linux as operating system and Qt4 as application framework. The hydraulic pump operating conditions realtime monitoring, realtime fault warning and fault diagnosis functions were realized.It was proved that the parameters of BP neural network could be updated by 3G network, so as to improve the fault diagnosis ability of the system.
