摘要:

针对精密轴类零件的磨削需求，介绍基于SINUMERIK 802D SL的数控外圆磨床控制系统设计，主要阐述了控制系统硬件构成、控制软件结构及作用，简述了一些特有功能的实现方法。

Abstract:

According to the demand of precision grinding of shaft parts, design of control system for CNC cylindrical grinding machine based on SIEMENS 802D SL was introduced. The control system hardware structure, software structure and functions were mainly described. The realization methods of some special functions were briefly introduced.
