    摘要:

    采用Pro/E和ADAMS联合仿真的方式对背压不足引起的柱塞副损坏进行了分析。利用Pro/E建立液压马达简易三维模型,将该模型导入ADAMS中建立动力学模型。液压马达在进油压力25 MPa、额定转速180 r/min、回油压力分别取正常背压06 MPa和045 MPa及背压不足02、01和005 MPa进行仿真实验。结果表明:背压不足时在回油区滚轮脱离导轨,进入进油区瞬间滚轮撞击导轨产生很大冲击力,极易损坏柱塞副。

    Abstract:

    The failure of plunger pair caused by insufficient back pressure was analyzed by using simulation of Pro/E and ADAMS. The simple 3d model of hydraulic motor was established with Pro/E, which was imported into ADAMS to set up dynamics model. The analysis of dynamic simulation was taken in the condition of the inlet pressure at 25 MPa, rated speed at 180 r/min, and outgoing pressure taking normal pressure at 06 MPa,045 MPa and the insufficient pressure at 02,01 and 005 MPa. The result of experiment indicates that the idler wheel breaks away from the guide rail in outgoing oilfield at insufficient pressure,and it strikes the guide rail in an instant of entering the incoming oilfield which causes very large impact force that easily damages the pistoncylinder pair.
