    探讨了超声车削光整加工中各工艺参数对工件表面粗糙度的影响,利用田口试验方法分析了各水平因素与试验指标之间的关系并研究了最佳的加工工艺参数组合。实验结果表明,附加超声振动进行车削加工的光整效果明显优于不加超声振动进行光整加工的效果。未附加超声振动时,对表面粗糙度影响最大的因素是转速,影响最小的是进给量。附加超声振动时,对工件表面粗糙度影响最大的因素是转速,影响最小的是压深。

    Abstract:

    The impact of various process parameters on the surface roughness during the ultrasound turning finishing process was discussed. The best combination of process parameters was investigated, and the relationship between the various factors and the test indicators was analyzed by using the Taguchi methods. The test results indicate that the surface roughness is much smaller when the ultrasonic vibration is added during turning finishing. When no ultrasonic vibration was attached, the biggest factor of impact on the surface roughness is the speed, and the minimal of that is feed. When ultrasonic vibration was added, the greatest impact factor on the surface roughness is speed, and minimal of that is cutting depth.
