Based on Eulerian multiphase model of multiphase flow, using FLUENT software, the dynamic performance of the interior flow inside postmixed abrasive water jet nozzle was simulated,the relation between the speed of abrasive water and the design parameters of the nozzle was analyzed. In order to achieve ideal speed, the length of mixing cavity should be approximately 40 times of the water nozzles diameter; the length of the tube should be between 60~70 mm; considering speed and abrasion of the nozzle wall, the angle should be between 30°~45°.
