    摘要:

    分析了因滑枕重力而产生的加工误差,设计一套新型误差补偿机构。由陀螺仪和加速度传感器测量滑枕在竖直方向的角度动态变化,经A/D转换后输入计算机,然后经单片机AT89S52把控制信号传递给电液伺服阀和液压缸,液压缸带动垂直导向机构来补偿垂直方向的误差。这种补偿方法成本低,将加工误差控制在误差允许范围之内,提高了工件加工精度。

    Abstract:

    The machining error caused by the gravity of the ram was analyzed. A new type of error compensation mechanism was designed.Gyroscopes and acceleration transducer were used to measure the ram’s angle change in vertical direction,the signal was input computer through A/D conversion,then it was passed into the electrohydraulic servo valve and hydraulic cylinder through AT89S52 singlechip.The vertical direction’s error was compensated by vertical guide mechanism which was driven by hydraulic cylinder.The compensation method is lowcost, the machining error is controlled in an appropriate range.So the machining precision is improved.
