    摘要:

    产品服务系统是实现可持续发展的新观念和新途径。在分析产品服务系统的概念及实质的基础上,对面向机电产品服务系统的远程维护与故障诊断进行了深入探讨,给出了远程维护与故障诊断系统的体系结构,并提出了一种基于行为的多智能体远程维护与诊断系统,为机电设备的远程维护与故障诊断提供了新的途径,最后指出了远程维护诊断系统的进一步发展方向。

    Abstract:

    Product Service System (PSS) is a new idea of and a new way to Sustainable Development realization. On basis of study on the concept and thought essence of PSS, as a subsystem of PSS of electromechanical products, the remote maintenance and fault diagnosis of system was discussed thoroughly. The systematic structure of fault diagnosis system and remote maintenance were given, and the behaviorbased multiagent remote maintenance and fault diagnosis system was proposed, which provided a new way for the remote maintenance and fault diagnosis of electromechanical equipment. Finally further development direction of the remote maintenance diagnostic system is pointed out.
