    摘要:

    通过对现有数控系统显示信息的研究,发现其显示的信息是相互独立的,不利于建立加工状态与指令序列之间的关系。为了解决上述问题,经过获取状态数据,建立G代码程序指令与状态数据的对应关系,可视化上述对应关系,对状态数据进行实时监控、统计、对比与分析,分解、提取和智能识别异常状态等5个步骤,研发出了指令域示波器。该示波器可以提高加工精度的稳定性,为编写 G代码、优化加工方法提供方向,实现对机床磨损、破损、碰撞等异常加工工艺状态的识别、追溯和预警。

    Abstract:

    Through the research of the existing NC system display information, it was found that the display of information was independent of each other, which was not conducive to establish the relationship between the processing status and sequences of instructions. In order to solve the above problem, through 5 steps including obtaining state data; establishing corresponding relation between G code program instructions and status data; visualizing the above corresponding relationship;realtime monitoring, doing statistics, comparing and analyzing state data; decomposing, extracting and intelligent identifying abnormal state, instruction domain oscilloscope was developed. The oscilloscope can improve the stability of machining accuracy, provide direction for optimizing the processing method and programming G code, realize the identification, traceability and early warning of wear and breakage, collision and other abnormal processing craft status of machine tool.
