Abstract:Through the research of the existing NC system display information, it was found that the display of information was independent of each other, which was not conducive to establish the relationship between the processing status and sequences of instructions. In order to solve the above problem, through 5 steps including obtaining state data; establishing corresponding relation between G code program instructions and status data; visualizing the above corresponding relationship;realtime monitoring, doing statistics, comparing and analyzing state data; decomposing, extracting and intelligent identifying abnormal state, instruction domain oscilloscope was developed. The oscilloscope can improve the stability of machining accuracy, provide direction for optimizing the processing method and programming G code, realize the identification, traceability and early warning of wear and breakage, collision and other abnormal processing craft status of machine tool.
