    摘要:

    针对传统的一面两销定位系统会产生较大的定位误差、影响零件的加工精度问题,设计一面两销精确定位自动控制系统。详细阐述了该系统的结构、工作原理和主要定位元件的设计计算方法,并通过箱体加工中使用一面两销定位的应用实例,对比分析了采用传统定位方式和采用精确定位系统时工件所产生的定位误差,得出使用一面两销精确定位自动控制系统可大大提高定位精度和能有效提高加工效率的结论。

    Abstract:

    As the traditional “one plane and two pins” positioning system would produce larger positioning error, which eventually leaded to insufficient machining accuracy, an automatic control system for “one plane and two pins” accurate positioning was designed. The structure and working principle of this system, and design and calculation methods of main positioning elements were introduced. This accurate positioning system was used in box processing, the positioning error of workpiece was compared with that of the traditional positioning system. The conclusion is that the “one plane and two pins” accurate automatic control positioning system can greatly improve the positioning accuracy and machining efficiency.
